Sometime I’m going to learn intervals so well I’m going to recognize them either rising or descending.  In the past, I did not practice this stuff as I did not recognize how vital it is.  Today, I plan to coach hard until I master it and can do it with my eyes shut and in my sleep.  I’m ambitious!
